Besides the obvious of using a 1/4 inch bore beer shank on a system with 1/4 beer line, you would not use them with 3/16 beer line right? A 1/4 in system would be one with much longer distance?
I only ask because Im going to upgrade to stainless forward seal taps. I might as well get stainless shanks but, More Beer only has stainless shanks with 1/4 bore. Shopping around I do see other places have 3/16 stainless shanks I just thought it was weird More Beer did not. My question basically is you would not mix a 1/4 bore shank with a 3/16 system right? Im sure I already know the answer just throwing it out there.
