A week and a half ago I brewed a blonde ale. Decided to try Wyeast 1318 London ale yeast III. This is my first time using this yeast. Fermentation seemed fairly normal at 67 degrees until day 9. On day nine it went hazy IPA cloudy. Decided to rack to keg and force carbonate and chill. Took a sample 2 Days later and it is still cloudy. Any idea what is going on? Hops used were willamette for bittering and Pacifica for late hops and whirlpool. No oats only a little wheat in recipe.
Sounds like my experience with 1318.
Sounds about right since that yeast is usually a component in making NEIPA
