I brewed a 15 minute table strength saysawn to grow yeast for a 10 gallon batch and, served with a slice of lemon, is just sublime. I always thought lemon slices in beer were stupid but in this case it works!
It may be the most refreshing beer I’ve brewed. Or it may just be the long workday in the hot sun followed by yard work in the hot sun
I love the modern day stronger version of Saison, but a session-strength Saison is really what the style’s all about- refreshing, quenching, all day long goodness!
