Does anyone have the 1908 W&H, specifically Volume II?
I can find scans of the first volume, and some libraries who have the second volume, but none in my area. If you do have the book, please let me know, I am interested in two pages from it.

I might be able to put in a request through our state library if they can find another library with a copy that would be willing to PDF them. Or, if it’s circulating I might be able to get it on inter-library loan and PDF it myself.

you should be able to use the inter-library loan program to get a copy at your local library.
Yeah, which pages. I work at one of the biggest libraries in the world and could obtain them for you through inter loan.
