When the early registration is over on March 31, and ala cart begins, does that mean you can purchase single tickets to single events? For example, can you just purchase two tickets to the “Club-only” night?

Yes, I believe that the ala carte tickets will get you in to single events like Pro Brewers Night or Club Night.
We are down to 20 or so full passes left before the AHA declares a sell-out, at which point, only the ala carte tickets will be available.
