Kate Bernot at The Takeout did a blind tasting of Mexican lagers, and I was impressed by the alignment of results, and the number of similar observations and descriptors she came up with. I think your boy the Boss might be more sophisticated than he’d like us to know. Or maybe it’s the other way around, and Ms. Bernot just likes an excuse to spend an afternoon on her deck with somebody handing her a lot of plastic cups of cheap beer. (Don’t see a problem with that…)
