Jesu Christo! Years ago at one of the local breweries their 3bbl pilot system burner bit the dust; we easily boiled a batch with my 175k burner.

It would bring the AMBIENT temperature here to 212º… :o
Would the water absorb the heat fast enough to not melt your pot? Maybe steel would be okay, but I’d be afraid of using an aluminum pot on there. Maybe I’m crazy.
That was my thought too. Especially on the 3pqt pot mentioned in an earlier post. You gonna need a bigger pot to use that burner.
