Thank you Denny! I hope to learn a lot from you Americans Hb! And maybe improve my English  ;D

Che sembra eccellente!

Grazie Santoch, speriamo. Anche tu italiano?

Prego.  Sì, io sono italiano, ma non parla molto a tutti.
Google translate è una cosa meravigliosa!

Google translate saves me too ahahah

I don’t know if DME is as finicky as Liquid Extract, but there tends to be a lot of unfermentables left in LME.  I would add a little bit of simple sugar (0.25-0.5 kilo) like Dextrose (Corn Sugar) or table sugar. This will help you achieve that 1.011 FG.  The drier the beer, the crisper it will be and the hops will really pop. I use mostly liquid extract and I’ve had to add some sugar to lower my finals. It makes a huge difference!

Also, maybe a small amount of dark grain to add some color? 100% Extra light DME may end up being fairly light (1-2 SRM), an APA isn’t dark, but a light golden or even reddish color would give it some character.

Cheers!

LME doesn’t necessarily have more unfermentable than DME.  It depends entirely on how either is made.  With either, I’ll replace 1/4-1/2 lb. of extract with table sugar.
