Aroma

Tasting this tonight and underwhelmed by the aroma…does this recipe seem like it should have lots of aroma?

How many ounces in the “furious dry hop blend”? Looks like it’d have some aroma, but it depends on what your after.

how is the carb level? and at what temp are you serving? glass shape?

+1 for carbonation. Plays a huge role in aroma.

I think the carb level is good, although I am only gauging this by the sound it makes when opening. I am pouring slowly to avoid pouring the yeast cake in my beer so I get a very small head. Perhaps it’s too cold as it’s straight from the 'fridge, pint glass.

+1 to letting it warm a bit. I like IPAs in the upper 40’s

I can’t walk from the shop to the house without forgetting why I went there. Can’t imagine trying to remember recipes on several beers for a couple months. You might consider a pencil and some paper to write down notes. ;D

I use Beer Smith now, this was an extract kit that I tossed the recipe already.
