As many of you who have the time to fill out this poll as possible, I need it by tonight’s meeting at 6. Thanks.
- MeteorWhite
- Meteorite White
- Neither. Both stoopid

When I think metor(ite) I think black iron or graphite, not white.
Alabama is the only state in the nation to have someone struck by a Meteorite. Maybe in the world. Look it up.
“Stars fell on Alabama”. That sorta thing.
So, in other words, it’s a local thing. Kinda like when I first started posting our logo designs and someone told me it was stupid to not have a “hammer” in the name “Yellowhammer” and that I was really “missing out” on a marketing angle…
…Even though Yellowhammer is Alabama’s state bird and there is a contingent of Confederate soldier’s called “Yellowhammers”.
Gotcha
This is what I think of…
In that case, go with Meteorite White. It is more correct and it rhymes.
I voted stoopid, but after considering your story, Meteorite White is my pick…
you could be really confusing and put a that pic on the label and call it white meteorite (a black wit beer) :o
Keep it simple and go for meteorite white. people who know will know and those that don’t can read the back label!
I like Meteorite White. Makes me think of a white meteor streaking through the sky.
Too bad. MeteorWhite is a far better name. Too clever for this bunch I guess.
Thanks for the feedback.
I liked Meteorite White better. I seem to be developing an strong aversion to words made up by jamming 2 words together. The word play has to really be spectacular to make that work. More than likely it’s a symptom of 30 years working in IT where “new” words are becoming impossible to pronounce.

To me ‘r’ to ‘wh’ is awkward to say. Plus I find rhymes memorable.
Looks like a chunk of unprocessed Adamantium
Meteorite White rhymes.
I would have gone with “White-ass Toroid” and used a picture of a powdered donut on the label.
What’s funny is how unscientific these polls are. Another poll elsewhere has Meteor White leading by 100%. Strange.
They’re idiots.
A little late to the gate but got my vote in anyway. Simpler is better IMO, so I went with the first choice. Apparently I’m in the minority but…that’s ok.
No , I think you just have good taste
When you say Meteorwhite, it sounds like you have a lisp.

Only if you pronounce the H…
I chose the first as well, but I love word plays.
We decided to hold back the “Meteor” or “Meteorite” moniker(s) for another beer.
