My son has two hives. “Real honey” should not need preservatives.
He laughs about the stats that show 3X as much “honey” was sold last year as it is possible to produce by all the bees in the world in one year. Most of the cheaper brands are processed cane sugar. It’s anyone guess what’s in there.
