Tangerine zest in a berliner weisse added to 2ndary? Good? If not, why not?
I haven’t tried it, but it sounds tasty! Good berliners remind me of beery lemonade, and citrus strikes me as a good fit with that.
I think it sounds fine, but avoid the pith! Probably a soft touch will get you where you need to be, unless the Berliner is off the rails tart.
