Four South Sound Suds Society club members of Olympia, WA, brewed @ Talking Cedar Brewery, Rochester, WA on May 2!! It was a remarkable brew session and we are very grateful to Eric and Tyler @ Talking Cedar for their support, kindness and help! They provided Pilsner malt and Pale malt for the beers, and we look forward to our Pro-Am competition to be held @ Top Rung Brewery in Lacey, WA!! Thank you to Casey Sobol @ Top Rung for his offer to scale up the winning beer, and our brewers brewed American/Northwest Pale Ale, with Zappa hops and Kiefer leaves! We had a total of 11 brewers participating in the AHA brew day and 76 gallons of beer!!! Congrats to all the BBD brewers around the country!
