I’m going to take the plunge and fork out the funds for the Blichmann Pro Series 20 gallon electric system. I would like to know if anyone here brews with one of their electric systems and if they have had any regrets and/or issues with their system. Also, I live in the NE Ohio area and would really like to see one in use before I purchase.

I recently just bit the bullet on the Blickman 5 gallon pilot system. I’ve brewed three times on it so far, enjoyed every experience, and hit all my numbers without a problem. The biggest advantage of the system is how quiet it is. You’re able to carry on a conversation while brewing, versus the old way of just hearing the flame sounding like a jet burner.
I have had a electric system for years no regrets… best decision I ever made.
