Hi everyone! I have a been a homebrewer for about 3 years, and I wandered in different forums, but it’s the first time I get account here.
I’ve been writing a homebrewing blog in French (I’m for Quebec, Canada) for some time, now, and I’m trying something new: I translated my lates post in English, in a effort to maybe get a broader audience.
So… Here it is:
https://desgrainsauverre.com/2018/12/13/how-to-design-a-homebrew-recipe/
I consider this as some kind of a “test”: if there is some interest, I may go back and translate some of my older posts, and do my next ones in both languages.
In any case, I’d like to hear what you think of the info in the article: there is a lot in there, and I don’t pretend to know everything, so feel free to comment/critique!
Don’t be too hard on me on the writing - English is not my first language.
And I’ll try to be less of a lurker here, and contribute more.
Cheers!
