Bottled our first mead

56 weeks in fermentation, and man its good.
I’ve never had mead before, and I think I’m in love.
Its remarkably clear, and slightly dry and sweet.

we may throw more in our empty carboys and start some more.

Woohoo!

Cheers to that!  You can never have enough mead sitting around aging.
