was supposed to bottle my dunkel weisen, Instead bottled a similar looking beer. A scotch ale. this was in the fermenter for a week, OG 1.056 I am not sure which beer I measured the final gravity so that doesn’t help.

Put them in a plastic bin just in case. IF they had not attenuated and are still fermenting the posibility is there that
the bottles will burst. Better safe than sorry.
You mentioned that you took a FG reading. If it was low, say .010 or lower you know that the attenuation was mostly done or done enough so that the carbonation addition shouldn’t blow your bottles. If you’re still concerned, take the advise of rabid_dingo and put them in a bucket, garage, unused sink/bathtub.
