I just poured half a slightly undercarbed IPA, so I topped it up with a nice black IPA. I think I just invented Brown IPA.

Madtree Brewing out of Cincinnati makes a hopped up amber called Happy Amber. Its really good.

I think Dogfish Indian Brown Ale has been around a lot longer than Black IPA has been. So old that it’s new again, maybe? 
Happy amber from Mad tree is great local brew here in Cincinnati area, as are most of their beers
