Bru'n Custom Water Profile for a German Pilsner

So, I’m in the process of setting up a Custom Water Profile in Bru’n for a German Pilsner.

My question is: When trying to balance the Cation and Anion columns, should I be entering my Existing Water Profile Bicarbonate (which is 33ppm), or the ppm of the desired Mashing Water Profile (which is -64ppm) after adding 1.9ml of Lactic Acid to get 5.40pH?

If I keep my Existing Bicarbonate ppm all is balanced and green. Cations: 3.5 | Anions: 3.5

If I enter the desired Mashing ppm things get bad. Cations: 3.5 | Anions: 1.9

My Existing Water Profile is:
Ca11  Mg1  So4  Su3  Cl6  Bi33

I’m aiming for:
Ca44  Mg8  So16  Su82  Cl45  Bi**-64**

pH:
5.40

Use your unadjusted beginning figures for balance. The software off those unadjusted values.
