I made a comment on it “OG range seems very high compared to recipes I’ve seen style-wise, maybe 1.046 - 1.070 is more appropriate. 1.060 → 1.004 would be a 7.3% beer, the lowest you could go with your range, doesn’t match your alcohol range.”
But received no reply, thoughts?
