Going to be kegging my Dunkel ryezen on the right this weekend. Has me a bit nervous as the airlock went negative and it’s the first time that’s happened to me. Then I’ll put my two deerpark pales into secondary. Yes I still secondary all my beers for a week or two to clarify and age a bit. The Dunkel ryezen tasted amazing when I transfered it. Kind of wish I kegged it last weekend.
