I am putting this here to boost the signal. The AMMA MeadCon is happening March 17-19, 2020 in Broomfield Colorado! Ticket sales open next month, but meanwhile we are asking for speakers, volunteers, vendors and sponsors. This is like HomebrewCon but on a much smaller scale and is run by the American Mead Makers Association. We have 2 tracks of seminars, commercial and home made but people can go to whichever they want. We will have a trade show and on Wednesday night there is a mead tasting event. I am the volunteer coordinator and really could use more help (and volunteer tickets are 1/2 price)…and we need speakers!

MeadCon 2019 was the best yet, with speakers from all over, a great spread of vendors, and we even survived a ‘bomb cyclone hurricane’ snowstorm (while drinking mead and marveling at the white out windows outside the hotel). Thankfully that is a rare occurrence, but we got to see just how good our speakers were when 4 sessions were done in the dark, with no power, and were still awesome. (Our speakers rock!)
