At Mercadito, they begin with a tall, salt-rimmed glass filled with ice. Worcestershire sauce is followed by fresh lime juice; then a shot of hot sauce. The beer is poured until the glass is filled, and it's garnished with a fresh lime.
does not appeal to me right off the bat, just sounds wrong. But if it can hang with XX or Tecate it has it’s place then.
I would like to try a couple of these straight up because the Vienna lager
is high up on my list of good (to me) beer styles. I love Negra Modelo
and it is difficult to get Victoria. I am trying to get to central wyoming.
