There’s a commercially available carbonated sap: simply maple syrup with co2. I would like to do this myself. Would carbonating sap in a keg cause problems because of the sugar content with keg parts and hoses or would it clean up fine? Also thinking maybe I should pasteurize it.
It can’t have more sugar than the soda syrup that these kegs were originally developed to hold.
Oh yea, I was just thinking about beer. Its nowhere close to that sticky.
