Nothing goes with that Pils better than sausage. Wether is Bavarian for Brats or Bohemian for Kielbasa.

Brats — no smoke for these. Straight to the grill!

Kielbasa — I’ll smoke them with the bacon tomorrow. (or when I can catch a break from the rain)

I just made some Italian sausage earlier this week!  I really like your stuffer!  I used my kitchenaid to stuff mine and it didn’t work well at all.  How do you like yours and where did you buy it?

The Kitchenaid does OK for grinding but the stuffer not so much.

The one I have is a stainless steel Kitchener. I bought it years ago I think from Northern Tool. Though most folks recommend metal gears, I’ve not had any issues with my nylon gears.

Side note:  all this equipment gets cleaned and sanitized just like brewing equipment.
