Just wondering where it would fall on the BJCP guidelines. Not that it matters with a beer this good.
Sounds great ! I’ll have to look it up again. I remember seeing it, but nothing specific. Sometimes it’s nice to have one that doesn’t fit any particular style. I like to brew to style for the challenge of hitting a style spot on, but not be overly limited by styles every time.
