Fermented for 38 weeks, then our fermentation vessel sprung a leak. Had to emergency package early this morning. High gravity at 9lbs 7oz. Prost!
now that’s a wee pint! congrats!
EDIT: that is a great write up also JT
Hey, congrats, JT ! That’s a fine looking little future brewer there.
Congratulations to you and your “Fermenter”.
Congrats! What yeast?
Head retention looks good.
Is it just me, or does that onesie look ultra cozy?
Congrats JT, looking great!
Those high gravity ones do need just the right amount of cellaring.
Congratulations!
Great Job !!
Remember to keep up with the sanitation ;D
I found early on with my 3 that a spray bottle of star San around the changing table is a good idea;)
I think we might still have a Bloatarian onesie around. I’ll look into it.
I’m sure you know the recipe but the yeast is a house strain. And no I won’t ship vials!
Awesome!
Well said.

+1 to both. My low gravity brew from 2013 was also 38 weeks but only 5 lbs 2 oz. Sometimes that target gravity is hard to hit, both had excellent head retention though!

Big time cracking me up!!! Very big congratulations! Sorry about your sleep for the next 2 years…
Awesome and congratulations! This is how new brewers are made! Get that one into college or a good marriage and you have really accomplished something!
Not even going to try with the analogies…

Seriously. Hospitals must be upping their game. All my kids got was swaddled in a thin blanket.
Congrats!
