Yep…Clam Chowder Saison (or… Chowdah Saison) | Experimental Brewing
I don’t get it…I just don’t. I like clam chowder, but don’t want it in a beer!
I need to go back to the morebeer forum, years and years ago, when Denny made fun of me for brewing a s"Mores stout with graham crackers, marshmallows and chocolate. :o : ;D
yea, some things should just be kept separate…
now that i see its only 8oz of clam juice over 11 gallons of beer :o … the rest of its looks interesting and cant wait to hear the results.
That actually sounds like it could work. How did it turn out?
That’s what I thought about Oyster Stout until I had Flying Dog’s Pearl Necklace!
now that beer sounds wrong for more than one reason ;D
A part of the reason we did this is to take something that mkes you go “WTF” and make ot work…we hope. If you’re in SD for NHC you can find out for yourself.

Hanging beef, this being Colorado and all. A trivially small amount though - something like a dozen in a 10 bbl batch IIRC.

A brewery in I believe Iceland or a Scandanavian country makes a whale testicle beer.
Look at all the cute little duckies swimming around.
Saw this from an up and coming brewery in California:
