I know the risks of sticking my head in the fermentation chamber :D. I’m curious if there is any issue when bleeding a keg off? I noticed tonight after running some sanitizer and bleeding off, there was quite a bit of mist (not sure if CO2) coming out of the keg.
Secondly, is there ever an issue with storing a CO2 tank in a chamber as you’re cold crashing in the low '30s?
