coca nibs

I am a first time user of coca Nibs, All Grain sweet stout,  primary for 3 weeks put 4 ounces in secondary 5 gal, held at fermentation for another 3 weeks, temp 68-70  SG 1.020. As I transferred to Keg I noticed
the cocoa nibs did not dissolve, question are the cocoa nibs supposed to dissolve or just loose their dark
color?

they do not dissolve. just leave them as long as you need to -achieving the desired taste.

you answered my question. I am ok with the taste, should be the kind of sweet stout I want.

good. its all a matter of taste. i leave them in a couple of days or so and get what i want out of them.

I just kegged a Choco Milk Stout that I had nibs in a sec for two weeks. So…we’ll see. (I though they melted but they don’t. They’re chunks of nuts)
