I always think about a trailer for the truck that is a smoker BBQ grill combo.Complete with a 100 gal.SS tank filled with potable water.20 gallon SS kettle complete wit cabinets for gear and goulash kettle and tripod. a fridge and sink. Giant propane tanks and burners for brewing (fold away of coarse.) a roll out canopy like campers have for brewing in the rain. Oh and also a place to hang kayaks.
Could be water at the camp ground too.
That way we can set out to brew at events or even have a weekend camping brewing kayaking BBQ’ing weekend.
Im thinking it should be at least double articulated.
I saw an old military trailer on Craigslist in your neck o’ the woods not too long ago - might make a good platform for that.
