I got 5 medals too (two gold and three silver I think) but my sales person WOULD NOT take them off and then took them home!
But if you know Robin you also know you don’t tell her “no” which is what makes her a great sales person.
I was at home and wasn’t there to receive my awards but also got a $500 check. Pretty awesome!
Thanks for all the kudos. It was a very well run event judged by BJCP judges so I am definitely honored. Especially by Brewmaster of the year! If my pride swells anymore they may not let me back in the brewery Monday morning. 
That’s been my shift beer as of late too. We didn’t enter it. BTW that is with the floor malted Bohemian pils and a touch of Bohemian floor malted Munich.
I am. I really give much of the credit to my learning how to brew to guys like you and Denny and all the other folks who have shared their knowledge. I really try to get my young brewers to come hang out here but, alas, the kids don’t listen to that advice.

Re: leaning towards the Helles and such lately…
I know what you guys mean. I have been going for the pilsners, helles, kolsch, and hoppy blondes lately. I’m kind of burnt out on the big and the bitter beers, and just want something that will quench my thirst and goes down easy on a hot day.
