Coopers Stout Ideas and Recipes

Hi all, I’m looking to do a chocolate and coffee/espresso stout brewed to 23L anyone successfully done this? If not the above was also thinking about a chocolate and orange stout instead. Any advice on how to go about either of these? My main base will be

•Coopers OS Stout
•Medium DME x2

Better yet, brew the batch, then split it.  In 1/2 add cold steeped espresso coffee.  To the other 1/2, add 500g Orange Blossom honey.  Then ferment them side by side and you’ll get the best of both worlds.
