Ok…I am having a couple of cans of this beer. It used to give me a headache before
I could finish a couple cans…now it seems different, better, drinkable, clean, not much head,
streaming small bubbles. Uh…a bit light on the palate compared to lagers from micro brewers
still flavorful and well, drinkable. Something you could do at hot summer picnic,
tossing some cases in a horse tank full of Ice water while roasting a pig on the spit.
…harleys and live music thumping in the background.
I haven’t had one in years. It boggles my mind how easy it would be for someone to make an all malt, cheap American pilsner beer that would have flavor … and yet nobody really does it on the Macro level. I can drink the corn and rice lagers if they are cold and it is hot outside but never can they peak my interest more than one or maybe 2.
The AC Golden Barmen Pils we had was an eyeopener, and really showed how they can make an excellent Pils if they put their mind to it. Too bad it is limited production and distribution.
