I caught part of that leaving San Diego after the conference, until we lost the station’s signal around Temecula.

Listened to some more 2 days ago online.  The example is beer related, but the subject is what happens when the family business is handed over to the kid(s).  Some interesting conclusions were drawn from data.  Hint, if the kid went to a party school - sell!
