It’s nice to think that a little beer/wine can help your health but recent studies have also shown that there is no correlation between moderate alcohol consumption and health improvements.  It all depends on what you read and what you choose to believe.

Personally, I think light or moderate alcohol use is not going to hurt a healthy person but I can’t see where it can be all that beneficial either.  If it improves your personal quality of life, great!!  Don’t expect it to heal you though.
