Ah, Peruvian Guinea Pig Death Flu!  Now I know what that was that took me down hard at New Year’s.  Hope you both are better soon.  Meanwhile it’s nice to have old reruns, with more ukulele.  :wink:

What timing… I can’t get a link to work, but just after listening to Drew’s interview,  an article turned up in my feed about an about-to-be-published paper on progress in creating new, warm fermenting, crisp lager yeasts by manipulating the eubayanus and cerevisiae elements as discussed.  Look for big excitement amongst us forum dorks in the near future.
