EZ water Calculator ?

So this is a test batch so thats why it is a very low volume. Does Effective alkalinity or RA really make a difference but to only buffer the malt PH? Hope this is clear enough. I just get confused by the negative values in the those boxes. My actual PH was 5.53 as compared to  predicted 5.49
