- No, Leave the time alone
- Yes, I need to time travel spring ahead and fall behind an hour every year
- Whether you like it or not, is it really that hard to do? C’mon…

I’m a spring ahead fan. As a workaholic I live for that day.
No daylight savings here in Hawaii.
Every spring there is a big bump at 2:00AM when the mainland suddenly moves a full time zone further east. Every fall at 2:00AM there is a big bump when it moves back again.
UTC -10 Rules!
Aloha and goodnight from the last time zone. See you on the other side…

(Ha! that is for the photography/art comment, Major) :-*
I remember my grandfather talking about “railroad” time, when a standard time was put in place. The natural time was noon being the highest point of the sun for the day, so it varied with east west location.
Time changes don’t bother me so much.
I like the Fall back part, hate the Spring forward part.
I guess it saves somebody a ton of money, I just know I haven’t seen any of it.
The time changes can be screwy but I’ll take that over the sun coming up at 4AM in the summer if we stayed on Standard time year round.
I prefer to have more light later in the day. It doesn’t brother me to drive to work in the dark.
So I guess what I want is DST all year, right?
I’m a fan. My only quarrel is that fall back typically happens during hunting season. That means I’m under a tree a half hour before dawn no matter what time the clock says and don’t get to enjoy the extra hour’s sleep.
I don’t like it, just leave it alone. We live within 10 miles of a time zone, we are on central and west of us is mountain so it’s confusing enough. And the railroad goes through our town, they always go on mtn time so when we would make appt’s to work on their trucks it was always confusing, ‘now is it your time or mine?’
But I guess now that I’m retired it doesn’t make difference, I get up and go to bed when I want.
Same here

If it were up to me the US would run on US time. A western version of Zulu (GMT ). Individuals would just have to individually adapt to what the numbers on the clock say. But it would be the same time nationwide.
I don’t really do the whole “time” thing.
I don’t really do the whole “time” thing.
It’s a timey wimey sort of thing.
I guess it saves somebody a ton of money, I just know I haven’t seen any of it.
When they lengthened it a few years ago it reduced electricity use nationwide by 0.03%. Which I guess means that Daylight Saving Time as a whole saves something like 0.25%.

When you have a TARDIS, DST is irrelevant.
Knock knock,
Who’s there?
Doctor,
I added a 3rd option for me.
I added a 3rd option for me.
Now you skewed my poll. which I see is right in line with this poll on the same topic…
It's time to change the clocks again. Is daylight saving time worth keeping?
Which gets to my point, that most folks Do not want to time travel…sheesh
I added a 3rd option for me.
Thanks Denny! You summed up my feelings. I’m giving up worrying about things I can’t control. Life’s too short.

It’s one of those parts of life you can’t change so look at it in a positive light move forward. Mind over matter. I don’t mind so it doesn’t matter.
