I made a fermentation chamber late last summer, It works well managed to lager in it and hold a sour mash at 120 for two days. My wife said it has to go, too big. This is cooled with a window AC unit. Holds two carboys fine, possible room for three, never tried. I am keeping the heating element(paint can with light bulb) and the STC-1000 temp controller.
