Fermentation Data

Hi,

I am a looking for data gathered during fermentation, primarily temperature and gravity (if you have additional data I will certainly be interested), for testing out some machine learning concepts. If you have a Tilt © or similar device and are willing to share the collected data along with yeast strain information, please message me.

Wyeast 3864 Canadian Belgian Ale

My old hydrometer, new Tilt hydrometer, and refractometer calculator all agreed on the OG and FG right on the dot, from 1.059 to 1.012.
