No, but I’ve eaten a whole mess of em while brewing though. Does that count?

I did up two bunches of collards last week. Took me about 2 hours to cook the bitterness out. Did a mess of mustard greens up last night with a smoked turkey leg. Man that’s good eatin.
My gut has never felt better since I started eating leafy greens. That is one smart little girl.
I can’t imagine what the state of SC would be like without their collards. ;) :o

Mustard makes everything better. Try it in salsa con queso. Seriously.
Sure, it’s good with hot cheese dips and such. what’s salsa con queso? not sure I like the idea of tomatoes and cheese.

Oh. I think I call that chile con queso. The salsa part made me think of pico de gallo with cubes of cheddar and a squeeze of yellow mustard. That’s the image I had trouble with. Never mind.
I’m not from Ohio. I just live here. You should see what passes for pizza and chili in Ohio.
