This, generally, is not legal in the USA. There was a post in the last week saying California (I think) just legalized it but I haven’t seen it being okay anywhere else.
IANAL. I just hope to know enough to keep myself out of jail.

I’m not even sure it’s legal here, but nobody would bother to make a fuss.
BTW, it’s a dang good beer. Worth every penny 
We’re starting a side club specifically for the purpose of selling our beer. It’s legal as long as you follow the Customs office procedures, and as long as the money you make goes back into the club - like a non-profit.
I have been doing this for the last 3 or 4 years, been getting about 75 dollars a six pack.
