I brewed a simple apa six days ago with nugget hops. It’s done: 1.045-1.008.
I’m going to wait until after it’s bottled and carbed before I make a final judgement on the hops.

I’m happy with this batch, but I think nugget hops would go better in a stronger darker beer.
As I get to the last six pack of this batch I’m thinking that I wouldn’t use nugget again in a pale ale. I used the last of it in the stout I bottled yesterday.

I’m now drinking a stout bittered with nugget that I like a lot more than the pale ale with it.
