Looking to make a clone of an old favorite, Pete’s Wicked Winter. How much fresh raspberry and when should I add to my process.
ROT is one lb. per gal. Freeze, thaw, add to secondary, rack the beer on top.
I checked in with Pete Slosberg, founder of Pete’s Brewing Co., to see if he had any insight on the recipe for this beer. Here’s what he had to say:
“Wow, what a question from the past. I do not remember the ultimate formula, but the target was a mix of Pete’s Wicked Ale and Pete’s Wicked Lager with added raspberry and nutmeg.”
