Anyone else not receive an email with their presale code? Just realized tickets go on sale tomorrow morning, and that I haven’t received anything about it. Checked spam folder. Emailed support, so hopefully it gets resolved in time…
They claim that you might not get the email if you have your email subscriptions disabled, but I can’t even find a frickin’ place on the site to modify subscription preferences.
Anyone that is missing a code can call our member services department to at 303-447-0816 ext. 0.
Everyone eligible for a code should have already received their code via email. Another reminder will be sent tomorrow morning before the ticket sale. If you do not have a code, please contact us.
