And I just got a lb of Liberty and was wondering what to make with it. I had forgotten that it’s in here. The last time I made this I subbed Hallertau instead.

To those who’ve never tried this  (or any other recipe of Scott’s) you will want to…and soon

You need to post Traquair House also

+1 too Jim D and th T House recipe. I havnt done it “note for note” but based a lot of brewing from it.
How bout it Skot?

I brewed up a batch of this a couple weeks ago.
Just had a taste from the fermenter.
Taste great. Anyone looking for a lawnmower beer, or a beer for the masses
should give this a try.
;D

Served this up yesterday to some friends ,
quote of the day:
“it’s better then Coors Lite”
I think that was a complement?
:-\

It’s hard to say, isn’t it?  A lot of people really like Coors Light and others really hate it.  Did you see any kind of emoticon on him while he was drinking your beer?

Looks like a good one. I was planning to brew a Cream Ale tomorrow. Maybe I’ll try this one.

Thanks!

You won’t regret it, Ron.  It’s a killer recipe.

Yeast isn’t listed above…

Brewing Method: All Grain
Yeast: WYEAST 2035

Yea, he meant it as a compliment, he actually brought Coors Light over, had two cans, tried the homebrew and never went back
to CL.
I did use plain old 2row instead of the 6row lager malt, and subbed hallertau for the Liberty hops.
I also didn’t secondary @ 58.
This one is getting added to my tried and true recipe list.
I’m really digging it.
