So I just bought a sack of Golden Promise and a sack of Crisp MO. The Crisp analysis sheet I have dealt with before, but entering the Golden Promise on into Beersmith, I have a couple questions:
What is my extract % and expected yield
What am I using for Protein content
What rating is that for DP? IOB and how to convert to °Lintner?
So if the link doesn’t work, the sheet lists:
Total nitrogen
Soluble nitrogen
Friability
Homogeneity
Diastatic power IOB “dry”
Dextrinising units dry
Fine coarse diff(easy to place this in specs)
The rest if the info is definitely not protein, extract, or yield, so I’m kinda lost
