I was wondering if anyone has a good recipe for Goose Island x-mas ale. It’s one of my favorite christmas ales, and would really like a solid recipe to start from.

That being said, it may be worth contacting the brewery to get some tips. Since they change the recipe every year they may be able to point you in the right direction with one of the old recipes. It never hurts to ask. Also check the Goose Island website:
