Hello, my unit is under warranty and the awesome service of GF is sending replacement unit…but the old one is more than scrap! Tech told me faulty heating element.
Cannot find the part online and wondering if anyone repaired or replaced this…
I just went through 2 brew sessions with my G30, where it would not get hot enough for boil. After a lot of emails back and forth with Grainfather (and they were very helpful) it turned out to be the heating element. My unit was no longer under warranty, so bought a new boiler from Grainfather. I should use it for the first time in the near term.
